Description

β€’ Provide product demonstration, customer support/service, and distributor support β€’ Communicate with team concerning quotes and manage specific territory of outside sales β€’ Develop understanding of competitive products and incorporate this into sales presentations β€’ Maintain direct contact with customers to analyze equipment needs and promote interest in products β€’ Ensure timely delivery of goods and services post-sale and assist Service and Warranty departments β€’ Track persistent problems and communicate effectively with customers and management

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED β€’ 5 to 7 years experience in marketing and sale of industrial equipment β€’ Knowledge of a technical field β€’ A degree in engineering, business or marketing (preferred) β€’ Knowledgeable of direct sales practices to construction contractors β€’ Demonstrated ability to maintain relationships with personnel at all levels β€’ Heavy mechanical ability or service background β€’ Proficient computer skills (MS Office required) β€’ Ability to work independently β€’ Ability to manage a vast sales territory and set priorities β€’ Experience with heavy equipment sale β€’ Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills β€’ Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail
