Description

• Sales Enablement Engineer to bridge sales, product, and marketing teams. • Responsible for facilitating sales product evaluation processes and enhancing client experience. • Ensure seamless transfer of leads through the sales pipeline and assist sales team with weather insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Meteorology background with a strong understanding of meteorological data, weather patterns, and their practical applications in industries such as utilities, transportation, or energy, required. • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role. • Knowledge of energy markets, energy trading, and renewable power forecasting, a plus. • Proven experience in technical sales or weather data analytic solutions. • Proficiency in using and integrating APIs for weather data solutions. • Experience with meteorological data distributed via API, GRIB, and ESRI outputs. • Proven experience optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and integrating sales tools into workflows. • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Data Dog) and programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), a plus. • Skilled at presenting complex meteorological information to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product value and customer solutions. • Self-motivated and eager to stay informed about the latest trends in weather-related solutions and client sectors such as commodities traders, energy, agriculture, and/or insurance. • Ability to move people and projects forward, coordinating and communicating within various teams.
