• Providing a full support service to the commercial aviation sales team. • Identifying opportunities to maximize sales opportunities and increase margins. • Tender Contract Management and coordination with all relevant departments. • Updating and distributing Manual pricing and exchange rate information to customers. • Creating and processing Sales agreements. • Coordinating Buyer agents’ agreements with sales and the legal team. • Managing inbox workload processing and distribution. • Automated Price notifications creation & queries. • Processing Customer account applications & credit line increases. • Tax exemption form management. • Ad hoc quoting on behalf of sales. • Invoice and general queries.

Requirements

• Associate Degree required • 3+ years of aviation experience • 1+ years of aviation fuel pricing experience • MS Office: Intermediate Excel experience
