• 3-5 years of demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment • 3+ years of proven experience recruiting for niche and hard to fill roles • Exceptional relationship-building skills • Solution-centric, entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving • Strong analytical abilities • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities • Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic work environment • Experience using an ATS • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Recruiter
