Description

• We are seeking a Talent Development Partner to join our amazing remote-first and people-first culture at Grafana Labs. • This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with leaders, managers and team members to identify general talent development needs and create tailored development plans. • Design, deliver, and evaluate talent development programs, workshops, and initiatives that address the identified needs and skills gaps across the organization. • Collaborate with internal and external resources to curate learning experiences, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules as needed. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, metrics, and analytics. • Build and maintain relationships with our outside vendors and partner with procurement as needed. • Help maintain the knowledge for L&D and for People Management on our internal wiki, create SOPs as needed for L&D team knowledge. • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent development and talent management. • Support organizational change efforts by providing talent development interventions that align with change objectives. • Lead learning sessions, workshops or team building activities, as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, HR, OD or related field. • 3+ years of training and curriculum/course design experience with strong instructional design skills focusing on adult learning with at least 2 years in a senior role. • 3+ years of experience leading corporate learning and development projects. • Ability to travel up to 10%.
