Description

• Mixpanel is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to enhance global candidate experience. • Create an exceptional, high-touch, "best in class" candidate experience from start to finish. • Schedule a high volume of interviews while working with multiple time zones. • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Manage communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process. • Diligently drive the interview process forward across dozens of candidates per day. • Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress. • Ensure data accuracy in the ATS and support improvements to system efficiency. • Welcome candidates to Mixpanel and handle last-minute issues. • Help scale and iterate on recruiting operations to meet hiring goals. • Build and document new recruiting coordination processes as needed. • Contribute to projects including candidate sourcing, reporting, and referral program development.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Poise and calm amidst last-minute changes. • Willing to take ownership across wide-ranging responsibilities. • Ability to handle complex multitasking. • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. • Integrity and discretion while handling confidential information. • Relevant professional experience. • Experience in a start-up environment.
