📋 Description

• Freedom Property Investors is seeking a highly motivated, self driven and an analytical Senior Business Analyst with Managerial Skills to join our growing Business Intelligence (BI) department. • In this role, you will play a key part in cross collaborating with different stakeholders to understand Business & develop project / process management strategies to increase the efficiency of the teams & processes by increasing the profits and reducing the expenses and also support in transforming real estate data into actionable insights that empower data-driven decision making across the organization. • Partner with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Acquisitions, Property Management, Leasing., etc) to understand the processes and their data needs to drive business forward by utilizing various project management techniques. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements. • Lead or co-lead small to mid-sized business analysis projects specific to Freedom Property Investors' operations. • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and successful project outcomes by defining project scope, managing resources, and mitigating risks. • Collaborate with the data / data engineering team to Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within real estate data to generate insightful reports and recommendations for optimizing investment strategies and improving operational efficiency & Audit the data frequently. • Present project management strategies & plans to be implemented by closely Monitoring the company's systems & processes for efficiency, productivity & see to it that everything is documented. • Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner to both technical and non-technical audiences (e.g., executive summaries, presentations). • Stay up-to-date on the latest BI trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to the Companies & BI infrastructure for enhanced data accessibility and utilization. • Adhere to data standards, ensuring data accuracy, integrity & data governance.

🎯 Requirements

• A Master's degree in Business Administration is required • 4+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on Driving the Business forward, Business Intelligence, preferably in the real estate industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the Business problems and get to the root cause within the real estate data & operational data. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences. • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques & data governance principles. • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Looker Studio) & Strong in data visualization. • Understanding of real estate metrics and financial analysis is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
