β€’ FreedUp is a staffing startup from Austin, TX - you'll work directly with our founders. β€’ Looking for a Business Development Specialist for an education company. β€’ Manage all the inbound sales of the organization and follow up with families. β€’ Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST. β€’ Pay Range: $1200-$2000 monthly base (plus commission). β€’ Duties: Call incoming leads, manage relationships with families.

Requirements

β€’ Masters or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Education β€’ 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management. β€’ A proven track record in a virtual setting is required with U.S. based clients β€’ C2 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken - minimally accent preferred β€’ Resume must be in English β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Gsuite, Notion, Airtable, and similar tools β€’ Strong organizational and time-management abilities β€’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment β€’ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills β€’ High level of professionalism and discretion
