β’ FreedUp is looking for a dedicated and resourceful Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO (Sales). β’ Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence. β’ You will be a key point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.
β’ 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a sales or startup environment. β’ Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. β’ Experience with HibSpot is a plus β’ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools. β’ Ability to manage confidential information discreetly and professionally. β’ Self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude. β’ Responsible for scheduling consultations and conducting follow-up calls to ensure leads are nurtured effectively β’ Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a well-equipped home office setup.
