Description

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role • Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising, grant-writing and/or international development organization space is a plus • Experience planning and executing events (both offline and online) is a plus • Detail-oriented and a self-starter • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions • Strong communication and presentation skills • Experience with marketing automation and CRM software, particularly Hubspot is a plus • Intellectual curiosity that drives a willingness to learn and take on new challenges • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Project management and problem-solving mentality
