• Join a high-performing team for an NYC-based custom apparel start-up • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments & interviews • Sourcing from different channels and screening resumes and applications • Coordinating with hiring managers as and when required • Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates • Develop & Drive comprehensive search strategies to recruit talent • Any other responsibilities delegated
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition • Analytical and process-oriented mindset • Attention to detail and relentless follow-up • Ability to prioritize work • Excellent written and verbal English
