β€’ Must live in or near Richmond VA regional Area β€’ Follow all Safety, Fleet and DOT policies and guidelines. β€’ Selling product to customer to fill sections, displays, endcaps, etc. β€’ Developing and maintaining relationships with all existing and possible new clients/customers. β€’ Driving company vehicle from location to location to service stores, warehouse, etc. β€’ Unloading/reloading product needed for stores from offsite warehouse location. β€’ Communicate daily with company management on reports, sales opportunities, daily sales, transactions, any needs/request, and upcoming opportunities. β€’ Start from home, service all customers by day according to weekly receiving sheet, visit with customers on possible sales increase opportunities. β€’ Visit offsite warehouse location daily and load company truck for all product needs. β€’ Performing regular truck inspections and notify DM for major maintenance issues. β€’ Issues with Handheld equipment not working properly, you must contact IT and notify DM immediately. β€’ All customers must have full-sales service calls according to frequency needs. β€’ All Employees must follow all FFT guidelines, policies, and procedures. β€’ Make one last communication call at the end of the day with DM for any potential sales for upcoming days. β€’ Upload/communicate sales transaction with the handheld equipment every day after the last call to the DM. β€’ All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma with post high school studies preferred β€’ Able to work independently, effectively plan and make good business decisions in the absence of direct supervision/ business offices β€’ Pass and Maintain a DOT Medical Physical and DOT Medical Card with a minimum of 1yr renewal β€’ Must be able to drive a DOT certified truck up to 16' in length β€’ Must have and maintain a clean driving record β€’ Experience in Direct Sales Delivery (DSD) β€’ Ability to travel β€’ Microsoft Office skills β€’ Strong organizational skills β€’ Highly motivated leadership skills
