• Supports the promotion and sales of a portfolio of products and/or services and solutions • Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices • Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans • Has structured direct contact with clients • Develops competence by performing structured work assignments • Works with moderately complex territory/assigned accounts • Monitors resources and plans own territory or account approach
