• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in business development, and fundraising, particularly in a leadership role. • Experience in startups or dynamic growth environments is highly valued. • Strategic planning, market analysis, leadership, and communication skills are crucial. • Financial acumen and a good understanding of business operations are also important. • Result-oriented, self-driven, and ambitious individual. • Who likes to attend conferences, and is ready for frequent business trips and irregular schedule. • Experience and ability to negotiate with clients in English.
