Description

• The Healthcare Data Analyst will support Frontier Psychiatry’s mission by analyzing clinical, financial, and operational data. • This role is integral to ensuring efficient practice operations while delivering patient-centered care. • The analyst will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to extract insights that guide decision-making and improve patient care, operational performance, and financial outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred). • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, preferably in telehealth or mental health. • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage/Looker). • Familiarity with healthcare data systems, including EHRs, telehealth platforms, and billing systems. • Understanding of healthcare KPIs and value-based care models. • Dedicated Workspace: Maintain a dedicated work space with a door to ensure privacy and focus during work hours. • Ergonomic Setup: Establish an ergonomic workstation to promote comfortable and healthy posture while working. • High-Speed Internet: Ensure access to high-speed internet to support efficient communication and task completion. • Remote Collaboration: Ability to effectively collaborate across teams remotely using virtual communication tools and software platforms. • Willingness to travel occasionally for leadership meetings and/or company retreats.
