• Provide support for employee relations issues and other HR topics. • Offer guidance, counselling, and training to first-line managers and employees. • Maintain and manage employee relations tasks and trackers. • Drive various HR Processes and employee engagement initiatives. • Implement HR Policies and procedures across all Frontiers countries. • Partner with centers of excellence (People Operations, People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward) to address HR requests and solve HR problems. • Maintain and update trackers to ensure accurate people data and identify trends for driving business change. • Define and launch new processes or tools to support business priorities. • Collaborate with People Business Partners and People Operations and other stakeholders on companywide HR projects from inception to successful rollout. • Provide support to employees and managers on HR guidelines, processes, and systems. • Prepare and assist with visa-related documentation. • Update and maintain the HR system (e.g., Workday). • Maintain, run, and update weekly/monthly reports.
• Demonstrated experienced in dealing with complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and appeals • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment law (global is advantageous) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in HR systems and data management • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
