Program Manager - IT Procurement Services

Description
• Oversee the performance of IT procurement services and reporting • Develop and monitor reporting metrics for service performance • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business-critical outcomes • Engage with third-party logistics to ensure KPI adherence • Conduct client meetings to review service performance and address concerns • Ensure sufficient inventory levels and accurate reporting • Take ownership of escalated client issues and resolve them promptly • Proactively escalate issues beyond Future Tech's responsibility as appropriate
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Delivery or IT Managed Services • Proven experience with Service Level Management, reporting, and trend analysis • Proficient in MS Excel and skilled in continuous improvement practices • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, with a focus on client satisfaction and success • Strong organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service offerings effectively • Experience with process implementation, documentation, and improvement • Willingness to travel as needed
