• As a HubSpot Solutions Architect at Fuelius, you will be a key player in shaping and delivering transformative CRM solutions that empower our clients to achieve their business goals. • This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and consultative skills. • You will act as the primary bridge between our clients' business needs and the technical execution of HubSpot implementations, ensuring that each solution is both innovative and aligned with best practices. • Your responsibilities will span across three main types of CRM projects: • Net New CRM Implementations: Guiding clients through their first CRM adoption, helping them define their requirements, and architecting a solution that fits their unique business model. • Rip Out and Migration: Leading the transition for clients moving from legacy CRM systems to HubSpot, ensuring a smooth migration with minimal disruption, and fully leveraging HubSpot’s capabilities. • Re-implementations: Optimising and restructuring existing HubSpot setups for clients who need to improve performance, integrate new functionalities, or adapt to changing business needs. • In this role, you will conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and objectives. • Based on these insights, you will design comprehensive solution blueprints, develop detailed project specifications, and oversee the technical implementation, ensuring that all projects meet Fuelius’s high standards for quality and efficiency. • Collaboration is key in this role. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, CRM specialists, systems architects, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of your designs. • Additionally, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on CRM best practices, data integrity, and system integration. • As a leader in the implementation process, you will also mentor and coach HubSpot Technical Specialists, sharing your advanced knowledge and helping them develop their skills. • Your expertise will be instrumental in pre-sales activities, where you will contribute to solution design and proposal development, ensuring that our offerings are tailored to the unique needs of each client. • This role is ideal for a seasoned CRM professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about using technology to solve complex business challenges. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms. • Proven success in managing CRM implementations, including net new installations, migrations (rip out), and re-implementation projects. • Advanced HubSpot certifications, especially in Sales Hub Enterprise Implementation and Solutions Architect certifications. • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data modelling, and system integration. • Experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and scoping projects. • Proficient in translating business processes into technical requirements and solution blueprints. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in a consultative role, preferably within an agency or professional services setting. • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service processes and their integration within a CRM ecosystem. • Expertise in system integration principles. (we're not expecting you to DO any integration, we have a dedicated engineering team for that) • Strong capability in CRM data modelling and database design. • Ability to present complex technical solutions to board-level and C-suite executives. • Proficiency in creating detailed solution architecture documents and technical specifications. • Experience with change management and user adoption strategies for large-scale CRM implementations. • Ability to stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and best practices, and communicate these effectively to teams and clients.
