• Lead efforts to grow Fullbay’s presence across social networks and communities. • Develop and launch a new digital community. • Identify relevant social groups and foster engagement. • Create and manage content calendars for various platforms. • Measure key metrics and maintain reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing) required (or we may consider equivalent experience with demonstrated ability). • Minimum 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital community management with a track record of successfully generating and executing strategies to expand brand awareness. • Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment. • Familiarity with freight and transportation industries.
