• As a Product Owner at Fullbay, be the key link between strategic vision and product execution. • Understand target customers and product functional requirements. • Prioritize the product backlog and manage workflow using Kanban methodology. • Ensure delivery of high-quality features through rigorous testing and continuous refinement. • Focus on driving consistent, incremental improvements to deliver MVP or SVP. • Collaborate across teams and ensure product evolves efficiently. • Balance tactical project management with strategic focus on customer value. • Play a critical role in goal setting, performance tracking, and quality assurance. • Guide the product toward achieving objectives and adapt strategies as necessary.
🎯 Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • A Masters degree is in business, technology management is a plus. • Certification in Product Ownership or Agile methodology (e.g., CSPO) is a plus.
