β’ Proficiency in using tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify high-quality prospects. β’ Experience handling responses and qualifying leads from inbound inquiries efficiently β’ Skilled in crafting and sending personalized outreach messages using tools like ChatGPT and Claude. β’ Experience organizing and updating client data within CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel or similar tools. β’ Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. β’ Analytical mindset to track outreach effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
