Fullscript makes it easier for practitioners to treat the whole person, not just symptoms, so patients get the support they need—when they need it. • We’re building a better way—one where healthcare is connected, complete, and built for impact. • In this newly created role, the Director of Corporate Strategy & Finance will play a pivotal part in developing and executing growth strategies that support Fullscript’s long-term vision, while helping us maintain operational excellence as we scale. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to evaluate and drive growth opportunities, provide data-driven insights and optimize company performance. This leadership role requires strategic vision, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration to influence decision-making at all levels. • Reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Finance, you will join a collaborative team of passionate professionals who thrive on strategic vision, rapid execution, and who are driven by creating a meaningful impact in the health and wellness space.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working within strategic finance in a leadership capacity • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Extensive experience in financial modeling, investor presentations, etc • Deep understanding of the healthcare, wellness, or technology industries, including market dynamics, regulatory environments, and emerging trends. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights. • Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders. • High degree of adaptability and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
