Description
• Lead a software engineering and devops team delivering high quality, scalable software platforms • Provide input on the design of new functionality, reviewing technical designs and code to avoid unnecessary complexity • Facilitate the reliable planning, estimation and delivery of your team's work • Create a flexible and adaptable software delivery framework that is able to scale to address new market opportunities • Participate as key member of the Leadership Team to ensure visibility and alignment across company on priorities and major projects/initiatives
Requirements
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience • Minimum 3+ years of experience directly leading or managing an engineering team • Demonstrated ability to solve challenging technical problems • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology and/or complex systems • Deep understanding of .NET/C# programming • Proven ability to decompose complex problems into discrete software deliverables • Coachable with a high integrity ownership mind-set • Self-starter with consistent track record of delivering high quality software in a pragmatic fashion • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
