Description
• The Full Stack Software Developer is responsible for end-to-end ownership of projects building products across the stack. • This role requires a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. • You will work primarily in Visual Studio, Visual Basic, Dev Express, and ASP.net. • Extend our current API backend to support our next generation of application capabilities. • Assist with performance tuning our backend to maximize performance. • Create test scenarios and assist with creating testing plans for application features.
Requirements
• 5 years' experience in building complex software applications using Visual Basic. • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field preferred. • Experience building web applications. • Experience in designing and integrating RESTful and SOAP APIs. • Excellent debugging and optimization skills. • Experience in unit/integration testing. • Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, and IIS web site knowledge. • Software Development Life Cycle knowledge. • Highly self-motivated and driven. • Excellent communication skills. • Goal-focused.
