• Support Fullsteam's growth as the Sr. Financial Analyst • Promote business partnerships and advise business units • Learn business specifics and analyze operational/financial drivers • Participate in reporting and variance analysis processes • Review methods of gathering information and propose improvements
Requirements
• Excellent analytical skills • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel • Excellent oral and written communication • Excellent team player • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and complete assignments with short deadlines • Experience with business partnering and/or operations advisory • Preferred experience in SaaS based software and/or payments industry • Affinity with strategic planning, scenario analysis, and market analysis • Experience with financial modeling • Experience with Microsoft Power BI • Experience with Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or other reporting and budgeting tools
