🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of the overall financial services industry, spending at least 5 years working with financial services clients • Have extensive experience working within an Agency setting, handling multiple client accounts and leading account teams and understands how different media channels can be applied to meet objectives • Hold honest, “tough” conversations with client contacts to ensure the client is happy and the account is retained or growing • Manage up and down to ensure that teams are meeting their deadlines and goals • Have a passion for creating excellent and high-quality deliverables and engaging contributions to the Vested culture • Maintain a strong spirit of collaboration and encourage teamwork across their accounts
