• Dropit is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a robust background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and banking strategies. • This individual will be responsible for leading our financial operations, driving major deals, and ensuring the financial stability and growth of the company. • The ideal candidate will be board-ready and capable of stepping in to lead when necessary.
Requirements
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including significant experience in M&A and banking strategies. • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving organizational success. • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing global teams, with a deep understanding of cross-cultural management and global financial landscapes. • Deep understanding of the retail and technology sectors, with the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes. • Experience working with or serving on a board of directors, with strong governance and compliance knowledge. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
