Description

• Lead the GTM Data, Strategy, and Insights team to provide actionable intelligence, strategic insights, and comprehensive reporting to drive decision-making across all GTM functions. • Experience leading a team of 5-10 technical specialists to executive & operations objectives. • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to track and analyze performance against sales quotas and commissions. • Oversee the integration and maintenance of Salesforce and other CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and usability. • Spearhead the strategic planning processes, working closely with executive leadership to align GTM strategies with overall business objectives. • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making, ensuring that insights inform strategic directions and tactical adjustments in real-time.

Requirements

• Strong background in data analysis, strategic planning, and GTM execution within a tech or SaaS environment. • Experience leading a team of 5-10 technical specialists to executive & operations objectives. • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and data hygiene best practices. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
