📋 Description
• Design, build, and optimize scalable applications that drive business forward • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-impact features • Improve system performance and ensure reliability • Conduct code reviews and ensure technical excellence • Identify and address technical debt while continuously improving system performance • Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability for production systems • Participate in design reviews and technical planning sessions • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in software development, focusing on web applications • Strong expertise in Python and modern web frameworks (Django is a must) • Experience with React and front-end development best practices • Deep understanding of RESTful API design and scalable backend architectures • Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and ORMs • Experience with Cloud Services (AWS) in production environments • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Sentry, Grafana) • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and collaboration
