Description

• FMTI is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager and Writer to lead the company’s proposal writing efforts. • This role will be a major player in the company’s growth and business development efforts. • The role includes managing multiple proposals at one time, as well as contributing significantly to the writing process. • The ideal candidate will be a hands-on team-player with strong experience in managing and writing Federal government proposals. • Key Tasks and Responsibilities include managing the proposal process from start to finish, and providing advice to senior leadership regarding proposal process and writing.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in proposal management and writing. • Strong understanding of industry. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Hands-on team player who is comfortable making recommendations and taking directions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
