Description
• Kiplinger is looking for a writer who can cover a range of personal finance topics for the brand’s website. • You will have knowledge and interest in personal finance topics including insurance, savings accounts, travel, credit cards, mortgages and more. • A background in eCommerce and affiliate work. • The writer can maintain their own stack of articles, keeping them updated, relevant, and SEO-friendly. • This person should have a talent for writing sharp, quality content, managing multiple audience strategies at once including SEO and social. • Your ability to use data (traffic and commercial) to inform writing and pitching will be crucial.
Requirements
• At least 2+ years of experience, with affiliate/eCommerce experience • Enthusiasm for personal finance and awareness of news around finance and economics to inform writing • Understanding of SEO practices • Data-driven writing and pitching • Some newsletter and social media experience
