•This is a remote role, however, candidates MUST be located within a 150-mile radius of NYC, or open to Relocation within 3 months of hire. •As a member of our consulting team, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s top minds with clients that reshape businesses across all industries. •You’ll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career—at FTI and beyond. •You enjoy working in teams and with clients on a variety of wicked problems. •You are someone who pays meticulous attention to detail. •You’re a great listener. •You excel at synthesizing large amounts of information to tell a story. •You never miss a deadline. •And, of course, you are passionate about the future.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Strategy, Research, Economics, Management, Business or a related field •3-5 years of experience working within an insurance carrier or broker is required •Experience working in a consulting, strategy, or research role, preferred •Excellent writing skills in a business environment •Ability to envision the future and make connections •Ability to synthesize information into interesting, readable reports •Exceptional analytical skills in trend and emerging technology •Great communication skills: interact with clients using the right tone in emails, in person, and in virtual meetings •Deeply interested in emerging technologies and science •Experience working with remote teams and in virtual office environments •Flexible, adaptable, and open to different ways of solving problems •Willingness to travel up to 25%
