• Processing of onboarding of new clients and control of compliance process • Legal and commercial negotiations with merchants • Introduction of company’s acquiring services to merchants • Maintaining long-term business relationships and daily communication with merchants • Up-sale for current portfolio of merchants and development of sales • Providing high-level customer service and prompt resolution of client issues • Planning client’s development strategy
• 2+ years of experience in client success, business development role • Experience working with merchants in the e-commerce sector is mandatory • Willingness and ability to learn new things quickly • High sense of responsibility • Good communication skills • Excellent written & spoken English and good command of Russian (B2)
