• We are a team of hard-working, driven individuals focused on building the future of finance and Web3 for users across the globe. • As the Group Product Manager for our consumer-facing trading application, you’ll drive the strategy and roadmap of our core mobile trading app. • This role involves managing a team of four Product Managers and collaborating across functions to enhance user interaction and engagement. • A consumer-focused approach is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 2+ years managing other Product Managers. • Proven ability to develop high-performing teams within consumer-facing product environments. • Background in fintech or crypto product development, with a strong preference for B2C experience. • Experience prioritizing stakeholder objectives to deliver on key product initiatives. • Ability to bridge fintech or crypto concepts for a consumer audience, driving innovative solutions in mobile and web applications. • Proven success in delivering high-quality, user-centric products within dynamic environments.
