Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience. • 5+ years of experience taking products from conception to launch. • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams. • Experience working with and balancing the needs of a wide range of stakeholders. • A user-focused approach with the ability to understand a wide range of user personas. • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new and potentially complex domains. • Passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and driving forward the mission. • Proven ability to build products that are scalable, reliable, and mitigate key risks (e.g., reputational, market, legal, compliance, operational). • Experience bridging cryptocurrency and financial market concepts to develop innovative solutions. • Fintech experience, particularly with consumer-facing products such as mobile trading, financing, payments, or custody.
