📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding market presence. • This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and aligning client needs with the company's offerings. • The BDM will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company objectives and revenue goals. • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet those needs. • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities. • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, pitch presentations, negotiation, and closing deals. • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and execute campaigns targeting prospective clients. • Monitor and report on sales performance and pipeline development. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and regular follow-up. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in business development. • Strong understanding of the sales process, market dynamics, and customer needs. • Experience with B2B sales and building long-term client relationships. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. • Experience in the IT Industry is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Work in Australian time.
