📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL THE DETAILS BEFORE APPLYING. • JOB TITLE: DATA ANALYST • RATE: Php 297.62 per hour • Work Type: TBD • Working Hours: Training: US Central Timezone • After training: work hours can revert to local time. • We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team and support operational and financial reporting analysis. • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve reports and data insights. • This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with senior management. • Key Responsibilities: • Analyze large datasets to generate insights for operational and financial reporting. • Develop, maintain, and improve reports used by senior management. • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and dashboards. • Work with proprietary ERP systems to extract and manipulate data. • Utilize tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to create business intelligence dashboards. • Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting. • Proficiency in Excel and experience handling large datasets. • Experience working with ERP systems (specific ERP experience not required). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Process-driven mindset with the ability to streamline and enhance reporting structures. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Familiarity with financial statements (a plus but not required). • Experience building business intelligence dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI (a plus).
