• The Carrier Sales Representative is a key member of the Standard Solutions team. • This individual will be instrumental in the growth of Standard Logistics by building a strong carrier base. • Foster existing carrier relationships, negotiate rates, identify growth opportunities and provide world-class service to our customers. • Travel to Dallas, TX for orientation and training during first week. • Travel to Dallas, TX and/or plant sites required 2 - 4 times yearly.
• 3+ years of experience in Carrier Sales • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Supply Chain/Logistics • 3+ years experience in full-cycle Freight Brokerage/Third Party Logistics (3PL) • Notable Transportation/Logistics Dispatching foundation • Experience with Flat-Bed and/or Hazardous Materials • Experience in a Start-Up environment
