• As the Manager of Sales Development, you will lead a team of SDRs focused on outbound pipeline generation, targeting a diverse set of industries and personas. • Your leadership will directly impact Gainsight’s growth trajectory by creating a winning team culture, fostering skill development, and aligning closely with sales, marketing, and operations to optimize our go-to-market strategy. • Directly manage and mentor a team of up to 10 SDRs, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets. • Foster a coaching-driven culture that promotes continuous learning & development.
• 2+ years of experience managing an SDR/BDR team in a B2B SaaS environment. • Proven track record of leading teams to meet and exceed pipeline generation goals. • Strong coaching skills and a passion for developing SDRs into future sales leaders. • Data-driven approach to performance management, with experience using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or similar platforms. • Experience working in a multi-product company or SaaS platform environment (preferred). • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and solution-based sales processes (preferred). • Understanding of the customer success industry and Gainsight’s value proposition (preferred). • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and enablement teams (preferred).
