🎯 Requirements

• Experience in supporting the development of detailed business requirements using standard tools and processes. • Ability to provide expertise in aligning business requirements with required capabilities and serve as the initial point of contact for stakeholders in executing product development and enhancement roadmap priorities. • Proven experience interacting with technical and operational teams to address development challenges and achieve desired outcomes. • Experience updating product roadmaps based on business situational awareness, ensuring alignment with both client and company objectives. • Participation in governance activities for evaluating, tracking, and reporting on product development and enhancement processes as needed. • Background in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Public Health Care (Medicaid), or similar domains strongly desired
