📋 Description

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Gainwell healthcare and public sector solutions • Craft and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates Gainwell’s solutions in the market • Create and manage a wide range of marketing content, including solution briefs, white papers, case studies, and presentations • Equip sales and account teams with the tools and training needed to effectively communicate the value of Gainwell’s solutions • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape • Work closely with product management, sales, and the Field Marketing/ABM team to ensure alignment • Lead product and solution launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams • Engage with customers, prospects, and sales teams to gather feedback and insights • Track and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in healthcare, public sector, or technology industries • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for complex solutions • Strong experience in crafting product positioning, messaging, and content that speaks to decision-makers in state and government agencies • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage market data and insights to inform product and marketing strategies • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) is a plus • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
