📋 Description

• The Senior Field Marketing Specialist will support and execute marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and brand awareness for the Ansys Industrial Equipment team. • Working closely with sales, industry marketing, and other cross-functional teams, this role focuses on coordinating and implementing field marketing activities, including events, webinars, and targeted campaigns. • Success in this role requires strong project management skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and thrives on building partnerships that align marketing activities with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, ABM, or sales enablement within B2B technology or industrial sectors • Proven success in partnering with sales organizations to develop and execute strategic marketing programs. • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance. • Excellent communicator • Ability to travel at least 25% as needed.
