• Firstleaf is transforming the $70B US wine market • Seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies • Develop personalized and effective contact strategies across a range of channels • Collaborate with various teams to optimize campaigns and customer experiences • Analyze and report lifecycle marketing program impacts • Drive customer retention and LTV
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in a lifecycle marketing role • Deep experience in email, CRM programs, and loyalty initiatives • Proven track record of developing and executing successful retention marketing strategies across multiple channels • Experience in building marketing campaigns from the ground up • Proven ability to rigorously analyze quantitative and qualitative data • Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory standards • Excellent project management skills • Proven ability to build and manage multiple vendor relationships • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Eligible to work in the United States
