• Join Amgen’s Mission of Serving Patients • Responsible for leading the planning and implementation of all media and media partnerships • Support both consumer (DTC) and professionally-targeted (HCP) media strategies • Develop and evangelize an in-depth understanding of core targets and extensive media landscapes • Lead development of brand media briefs in partnership with brand teams • Manage all elements of brand media plans • Lead strategic development and realization of media partnerships • Drive continuous optimization of media plans based on metrics • Implement test and learns to support marketing innovation in media

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of client-side marketing/media and/or Agency Media experience • Master’s degree and 4 years of client-side marketing/media and/or Agency Media experience • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of client-side marketing/media and/or Agency Media experience • Associate’s degree and 10 years of client-side marketing/media and/or Agency Media experience • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of client-side marketing/media and/or Agency Media experience • Deep HCP/DTC Marketing/Media Experience • Technical competencies: Media targeting and segmentation, Multi-channel and Omni-Channel media plan development, media measurement/optimization, and agency leadership • Expertise in DTC media planning and deliveries for traditional/linear/TV as well as digital channels • Strong analytical skills with an ability to uncover insights from performance/measurement tracking to drive action that increases brand impact • Strong communication effectiveness
