📋 Description

• Develop and execute field marketing and ABM strategies to support IDC’s business objectives and drive pipeline growth. • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to align marketing initiatives with target accounts and business priorities. • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, content marketing, webinars, and events. • Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing key insights and recommendations to optimize ROI. • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and evolving ABM techniques to enhance IDC’s marketing strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing and demand generation, ideally in the B2B technology sector. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. • Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage campaigns independently. • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including email marketing, paid media, and content marketing. • Familiarity with ABM strategies, tools, and best practices. • Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools. • Knowledge or use of Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense or Demandbase is a plus. • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and execution. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to travel if needed.
