• The Senior Director of B2B Marketing drives demand generation and cross-channel campaigns to support the institution’s workforce solutions mission and goals. • This role leads strategic and tactical marketing efforts, including social media, paid search, email, and sales enablement. • This role optimizes lead generation and brand awareness, ensuring the achievement of annual targets. • It serves as a brand evangelist, fostering strong internal and external relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience. • 10+ years’ experience in an ad agency or internal marketing department. • 8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing/marketing strategy. • 8+ years’ experience leading people. • 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing and cross-channel campaigns. • Experience meeting revenue and margin goals by managing budget, including planning, preparing, controlling, monitoring and forecasting business unit’s direct and/or indirect budgets. • Experience in demand generation and campaign management. • Experience in healthcare and/or online education marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and Search engine Marketing (SEM). • Skills – negotiation, digital marketing acumen, account management, relationship building, strategic development, campaign development, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting, marketing automation, email marketing best practice, and branding best practice. • Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English. • Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
