• We are Digital Science and we are advancing the research ecosystem. • We are a pioneering technology company, and our vision is of a future where a trusted and collaborative research ecosystem drives progress for all. • We believe in better, open, collaborative and inclusive research. • In creating the next generation of tools and working in partnership with the community we tackle some of the biggest challenges to research. • The Marketing Segment Lead - B2C is the leader and expert responsible for the overall delivery of the segment marketing strategy. • Reporting to the VP of B2C Segment Marketing, this person will be a partner to the product, content, brand, and event teams. • This leader collaborates to define and deliver on priorities, refine messaging, and execute marketing initiatives to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2C SaaS companies. • Proven track record of developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns for B2C SaaS companies. • Strong understanding of growth marketing tactics. • Familiarity with the scholarly research publishing process, preferred. • Creative marketing abilities with excellent persuasive writing skills. • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, such as Eloqua, Pardot, or similar. • Hands-on experience with Asana or other project management tools. • Extensive experience of working within a matrix organisation, demonstrating strong collaborative and stakeholder management skills. • A self-starter with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude toward problem-solving and project management.
