📋 Description

• Remote role that can be based anywhere in the US • The Marketing Senior Manager at Amgen leads the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and activities • They coordinate with other departments, analyze market trends and consumer behavior, and align marketing efforts with the overall company goals • Develop and implement Amgen’s Account-Based Marketing strategy and marketing capabilities for Tier 1 IDNs and health systems • Engage key national account stakeholders within targeted IDNs & Health Systems, to create and deliver tailored customer messaging & education • Contribute to shaping Amgen’s National Key Account Management (NKAM) strategy and marketing capability • The successful candidate will be experienced in leading matrix teams without direct authority • Utilize data and insights to identify health system challenges and develop impactful messages and tactics

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing, clinical, and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Healthcare Delivery organization or Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR • Master’s degree and 4 years of marketing, clinical, and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Healthcare Delivery organization or Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of marketing, clinical, and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Healthcare Delivery organization or Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR • Associate’s degree and 10 years of marketing, clinical, and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Healthcare Delivery organization or Marketing/Sales commercial organization OR • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing, clinical, and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Healthcare Delivery organization or Marketing/Sales commercial organization • Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, MHA, or PharmD • 6+ years established experience engaging U.S. Health System/IDN C- and D-suite system-level stakeholders and KOLs, and demonstrated understanding of market dynamics, core customer business drivers, and health system unmet needs • 6+ years of experience in a series of commercial roles of increasing scope, scale, and complexity within the bio-pharmaceutical industry • Strong data/analytics skills and the ability to translate real-world data into actionable insights that resonate with Health System executive leaders • Effective communication skills with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional collaboration • Possesses strong business acumen, analytics, and critical thinking skills
