CALSTART provides scientific, technical and policy support for regulatory development and clean technology and infrastructure acceleration. • We are seeking a talented Marketing Lead to drive the marketing strategy for our zero-emission truck initiatives from ideation to execution. This person will play a critical role in development and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that promote awareness and adoption of zero-emission truck voucher incentives. The Marketing Lead will support the launch of new voucher incentive programs for trucks, including development and launch of go-to-market plans, branding, content development, and performance tracking, managing campaigns from start to finish. This position requires a dynamic self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sustainable transportation solutions. The Marketing Lead will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Trucks, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years professional marketing experience • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience. • A scrappy self-starter and a strong project manager with the ability to bring structure to undefined procedures. • Strong communication skills with proven ability to lead projects effectively with cross-functional partners, both internally and externally. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are a must, along with the ability to multitask, manage deadlines and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms: Monday.com, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Canva, MS office, Google Analytics. • Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities. • Passion for sustainability and clean transportation solutions.
