• Deliver direct support to Gametime’s customers in both English and Spanish. • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable purchase experience for fans. • Prioritize quick and efficient fan interactions through voice, chat, SMS, and email. • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach. • Drive fan loyalty, maintain customer satisfaction goals, and meet service level expectations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. • Minimum of 2 years in a contact center, providing direct support via phone, email, and chat. • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload). • A quiet, distraction-free home office with ergonomic furniture. • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Prior experience with CRM systems, especially Kustomer. • Familiarity with learning management systems such as Absorb.
